An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Saturday, repeating until May 31, 2025

Join Free Tai Chi every Saturday at 9am at the Nuestra Tierra Learning Garden (3003 S. Country Club). It’s adaptable for all fitness levels because movements can be done seated or standing (canes and walkers welcome)! Our bilingual instructor will guide you, and chairs are available for those who prefer them. After the session, enjoy a tour of the garden if interested.
Tai Chi is often described as “meditation in motion” and has proven benefits in preventing and treating health issues, especially as we age. This low-impact exercise is gentle, focusing on deep breathing and mindful movements.
